Why We Exist
Razorwest exists to:
- Align and Grow Companies - to help entrepreneurial companies reignite the innovative spirit, improve competence and move projects and initiatives forward.
- Encourage and Develop Entrepreneurs - to encourage entrepreneurship and develop entrepreneurs through learning and application in the workplace and by helping to develop a "growth-mindset".
- Provide a Continuous Learning Experience - to provide an inexpensive, continuous business learning experience that works to improve domain skills and job readiness, and accelerate on-the-job performance in the workplace.
