Biography:
Sy Jung is a Washington-based new media and business development consultant who has launched initiatives that foster the growth of global new media and Internet value chains. She has nearly a decade of experience in pioneering global new media production and delivery for content providers in entertainment, music, sports, and Fortune 500 clients. Sy has been involved in consulting for telecom companies and has had prior experience at global satellite entity PanAmSat and Internet startups such as TVontheWEB, Inc. Additionally, Sy advises clients on how to extend beyond their own typical workflow limitations and strengthen their strategy for digital media. Her consultative focus enables the convergence of new media solutions and emerging technologies. Her cross-functional expertise delivers tangible value-added recommendations for the client. Sy is currently a second year student at the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, where she is completing her MBA.
