Our process is the same for Interim and Long-term Contractor, Temporary or Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire staffing services.

Our Process

Needs Identification

At your request, we can help you define the necessary qualifications, discuss specific position requirements, develop and review the job description, consult on compensation and interview process, all prior to locating the right talent for your specific needs.

Talent Identification

After we complete the needs analysis, our team reaches into an extensive network of contacts to identify the most qualified prospects. It is at this step in the process that we will describe the opportunity and assess the individual's qualifications - and determine their level of interest.

Note: We can also set up your recruiting process for you if none are in place. (see consulting services).

Skills Assessment

We make sure that the temporary worker, contractor or permanent hire has the necessary skills, abilities, and knowledge for the position. We also make sure the position is well suited for that particular individuals talents and interests.

Talent Presentation

Only after extensively evaluating the individual for the position will we present a candidate (with a resume) and our evaluation notes to you explaining why we believe they are correctly suited for the opportunity. We will coordinate all introductions.

Offer and Acceptance

We will assist you (the hiring company and the individual (our talent) to negotiate an acceptable, competitive compensation agreement. A verbal offer, followed by an offer in writing, is then presented to the candidate.

Our individual then has a short time frame to accept or reject the offer. Upon acceptance, the candidate communicates his/her decision. 


Guarantee and Fees

Buyout Option (for interim and long-term contractors)

Under our buyout plan, if you decide you want to bring the interim or long-term contractor on in a permanent basis after the project comes to a close, you will pay us in a similar fashion that you would a temp agency for buying out talent. In our case, buyout fees are agreed upon at the beginning of our relationship and must be also agreed to by our contractors. 

Hire Option (for temp-to-hires)

Should you decide to bring the temp-to-hire individual on in a permanent basis we will (at your request and/or the individual's) begin transition for a buyout fee.

After either of the buyouts, we maintain our contact with you and we stay in regular contact with the placed employee through any extra guarantee period. This helps to serve our objective of creating a long-term, win-win situation for all parties involved.

Direct Hire Guarantee

If employment is terminated within 90 days of starting, for any reason other than elimination of position, two options are available. 


  • Replacement - we will provide a new individual for you to interview, or
  • Refund - If, after given one month to locate a replacement and if no replacement has been found, fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. The refund amount is calculated as 1/90th of the fee multiplied by the number of days remaining in the guarantee period.
Full payment within 30 days of the candidate’s start date is necessary to receive our guarantee.
