Biography:
Donald Frazier is a Washington DC-based strategy and organizational consultant. He concentrates on developing and implementing effective strategies in complex environments, improving the performance of organizations, and on solving high-visibility, complex problems for organizations with sophisticated technical missions. He has more than twenty years experience consulting to public and private sector organizations and highly placed executives. Donald has experience in high technology and basic industries, including energy, electric utility, defense, pharmaceutical, financial, telecommunications, information technology, steel, food and consumer product companies. Donald has developed initiatives, programs, systems, tools and leaders for local, state and federal government agencies. He has convened and conducted interagency and intergovernmental special projects, and he has strong public policy experience in energy, food, environment , defense, emergency management, nuclear power and radioactive waste management. Donald also has functional experience in the design, management, troubleshooting, and operation of public agencies and successful private companies. Donald's most recent client engagements are with the Los Alamos National Laboratory, U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Safety Administration, and Gilead Sciences doing work that includes: pandemic influenza preparedness for corporations and schools program strategies, organization, leadership and funding for nuclear non-proliferation and extending the national laboratory capability to deliver consistent, long-term and high-quality research results, and provide scientific careers and insure the long-term continued use of the LANSCE accelerator
Mr. Frazier earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Duke University and a Master of Public Policy in Economics and Management from the University of Michigan. He was trained by the U.S. Navy in systems analysis and development before leading extensive systems development efforts for the Defense Department.
